4. Bayern Munich – $2.35 Billion
German giants Bayern Munich have seemingly always been at the top table of European football and are also perennial members of the top five most valuable clubs in the world.
According to Forbes, in 2015 the German club are worth a staggering $2.35 billion and brought in a total revenue of $661 million from the 2013/14 season. That is particularly impressive when you consider that Munich make much less from TV rights than many clubs (most notably English teams) and is largely down to an astonishing $396 million turned over in sponsorship, merchandising and commercial revenues.
